Why does the website display much of its information as a PDF?
PDF (portable document format) files are viewable on any platform. They are trusted and reliable (more that 200 million PDF documents are on the web today) PDF files look exactly like original documents regardless of the application used to create them. You can copy text, drawings, graphics, and photos from them. Adobe Reader prints pdfs much better than a web browser prints other type documents.
I want to see the upcoming events flyers?
Click on one of the calendar months in the right column of any page in the Members only area. Then click on any underlined event in the calendar to view it's flyer.
I click on events in the calendar, but the flyer does not display.
Adobe Reader version 6 or higher is required. Upgrade to the latest version by clicking here
Sometimes, the website does not ask me to login.
Each computer saves the login for 10 days. If you want each user to login every time, simply logout at the end of your session
Sometimes, documents open in a new window.
For better viewing, some documents are purposely set to appear in a new window. You may also set Adobe reader to view in your browser. In Reader, go to Edit>Preferences>Internet>check "Display PDF in Browser"
I am not signed up to receive email from the Club. Where can I view the weekly email containing important Club information
The weekly email can be viewed by clicking "From the desk of Jim Farhat" in the right column of any page
Sometimes, links in the weekly email show “page cannot be displayed” message.
If none of the links display properly, then the website is temporarily down. Try again later. If only one does not work, it is because our update had a mistake. Please email website@pinelakecc.com to report the problem
How can I make suggestions regarding the website or the club?

How can I find information regarding Pine Lake members?
Click on "Roster" under the "Member Info" menu in the Member only area. The search function in the roster will filter the member information according to your keywords. For example, the keyword, Ford, will display members with ford in their name, live on a street name that contains ford, and those who work at Ford. Keyword, 1989, will list all members who joined in 1989. Keywords, 1989 Social, will list all social members that joined in 1989. Just try out one or two keywords separated by a blank to see what you get.
The roster contains the following information where appropriate:
member name
spouse's name
home address & phone
business name, address & phone
winter address & phone
join date
type of membership
